This site deliberately has no contact forms and sets no cookies of its own. We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us: if you email us or call us, we hold the details you provide (your name, contact details and the content of your message) to reply and deal with your enquiry, on the lawful basis of legitimate interests. If you register interest in a product or join our free course, we hold your email address to send you the material you asked for and occasional updates about the products you registered interest in, on the basis of your consent - every email includes a way to opt out, and you can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site, as is standard for any website.
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Interest-list details are kept until you unsubscribe or the list is retired. We do not sell personal information, and we share it only with service providers who help us run our systems (such as email and hosting providers), under appropriate safeguards.
Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection over your personal information. To exercise any of them, email [email protected].
