A2Z was founded by a chartered certified accountant (FCCA) who spent years managing complex international group accounts at a large engineering group, to the standards of Big Four audit. That experience left a conviction: growing businesses deserve the same quality of thinking that big companies pay a fortune for - delivered plainly, and priced fairly.

The practice grew by serving UK limited-company owners who were underserved by compliance-only accountants - people who wanted a partner in the business, not just a set of accounts filed once a year. Along the way, we kept hitting the same wall: the software sold to accountants and their clients was expensive, clunky, and still did not answer the questions we actually had. So we started building our own.

Every product in the Hub earns its place inside our own practice first. Our team uses it daily - to invoice, to track, to train, to run the whole client lifecycle - and only once it has proven itself on real work do we offer it to anyone else. That is the whole promise: you are never buying a roadmap or a beta, you are buying what already works, with the rough edges found by accountants before you ever see them.

We keep prices deliberately low, because the tools are how we help businesses run well - not how we get rich. We put a real person on the end of an email and a phone, because software should not mean you stop being able to talk to someone. And we hold ourselves to the standards of the regulated profession behind us, because our name is on every product.
